Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Developer to join our dynamic team. As the Lead Developer, you will play a pivotal role in leading our development efforts, guiding the direction of projects, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality solutions to our clients. You will collaborate closely with our design and development teams to drive innovation and excellence in our digital products and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Architect, design, and implement scalable and robust solutions for digital advertising campaigns and products.
- Provide technical guidance and expertise in the selection of technologies and frameworks best suited for each project.
- Collaborate with creatives, designers and product managers to come up with creative concepts and translate them into functional and efficient code.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and project timelines.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, tools, and trends in web development, and advocate for their adoption.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring smooth project execution and delivery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience (+4 years) as a senior developer, with a focus on web development and digital advertising.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Next.js, and WebGL.
- Experience with React Native and custom Native Development is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with GLSL, WebGPU, and other relevant technologies is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
